Return Policy
We want you to love your Southern Princess Collection experience, so we offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order is lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or arrives late, please contact the carrier with your tracking information that is sent with every order. We will do everything possible to assist in locating your order, however, we do not refund or replace lost, stolen, or mis-delivered orders by the carrier.

Shipping Policy
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a proof of your design to approve. Once your item has been approved, created, and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note, the typical turnaround time for an order is 3-4 weeks. Delivery time does not include the initial 24-hour processing window.
Expedited Shipping and Rush Orders: Contact us for expedited shipping and rush orders. Additional costs will apply.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping.
